Expectations & FAQs


What you can expect FROM US on your event day:

  • You will be met by the Facility Coordinator at the start time you reserved.
  • All requested tables and chairs available for you when you arrive to set up.
  • The facility will be clean and restrooms will be fully stocked.

What we expect OF YOU on your event day:

  • Arrive when your reservation time starts and depart when your reservation time ends.
  • Treat the facility with respect.
  • Place all event-generated trash into the trash cans that are provided.
  • Remove all items that belong to you at the conclusion of your event.
  • Refrain from using rice, confetti, glitter, shaving cream, or any other thrown substances or decorations that are extremely difficult to clean inside or outside the facilities.
  • Decorations will not be hung or adhered with any material to any of the ceilings, walls and/or floors of the facilities.
  • No animals are permitted in the facility with the exception of service animals.
  • Alcoholic beverages, smoking and tobacco products, and firearms are not permitted anywhere in the facilities, including as gifts or for religious purposes, such as communion.
  • Leave the facility in the same condition it was found upon arrival.


When may I access the facility?

The facility will be available 30 minutes prior to your event time for set up.

When do I have to leave the facility?

The facility will be available for 30 minutes following the scheduled event time for clean up and tear down.

What am I responsible for cleaning up?

You are responsible for removing your personal belongings and anything you want to keep that you brought. We ask that you place all event-generated trash into the trash can that will be provided. You are also responsible for breaking down all tables and chairs that were provided for the event.

Will there be a staff member on site for our event?

There will be a Facility Coordinator on site for the duration of your event.

Do we have to use an approved caterer?

No, you can provide food from a caterer or bring in your own items. Alcohol is not permitted at any of our locations.

Can I have candles?

Candles are strictly prohibited in our facilities unless: (i) they are completely enclosed in glass cylinders with no open flame exposed; (ii) lit for temporary purposes such as on a birthday cake, and/or (iii) are used in chafing dishes using sterno cans as a fuel source.

Do you provide any audio or visual equipment?

Limited AVL is available for an additional charge.
